The students in ChorSwang Ngin’s undergraduate anthropology class at California State University, Los Angeles, will give a presentation based on their ethnographic fieldwork/participant observation research method on their experience as Angelinos at their university. They will write about themselves through an analysis of their ethnicity and their culture. They will examine the dominant values of their university, and report on their activities on campus, including a banned book event, and a teach-in on Gaza. They will also focus on the Anthropocene and their suggestions to mitigate the climate crisis.
