Neil Kubler shared "when I was director of the State Department's FSI Chinese Language School in Taiwan from 1981-87, several of the senior teachers would from time to time speak of a wonderful instructor whom they referred to as 戴小姐 who had taught at the school before moving to the US some 20 years earlier. Since I then knew 母老虎 only as 林太太, I never put 2 and 2 together; but recently, in going over material available on the Internet, I realized 戴小姐 = 林太太! I'm now sorry I never wrote her that I ended up at her old school."
